Sheilah is a procurement and supply chain leader with over 15 years of experience strengthening resilient health supply systems. She has held key roles at National Medical Stores and Joint Medical Store, managing national-scale procurements and ensuring the continuous supply of essential health commodities in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. She holds a B.Pharm (Makerere University), MBA (UMI), CIPS certification, and an MSc in Health Supply Chain Management (University of Rwanda), combining technical expertise with strategic leadership.
