Andrew is a seasoned health economist with over 15 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E). He has developed expertise by implementing monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks with Development Organisations, NGOs, and consultancy/audit firms. His duties include managing the MEL framework, providing technical support to programme teams, and documenting key insights on performance and learning from MSUG’s activities. He has strong interpersonal and advocacy skills and is recognised as a capable facilitator and trainer.
