William is an analytical and results-oriented public health professional with 13 years’ experience managing profitable commercial and social business operations in Uganda. He has expertise in public health programming, strategy development, execution, and managing strategic partnerships supporting underserved communities. He has held leadership roles including Director Impact Enterprise, Director Service Delivery, and Director Programs, leading RMNCH projects funded by World Bank, USAID, FCDO/DFID, SIDA, UNFPA and KfW. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing.
