James is Professional Accountant with over 20 years of experience in accounting, financial management, donor reporting, budgeting, and grant compliance. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (BCOM) degree from Makerere University, and I am ACCA qualified.I currently work with Marie Stopes Uganda as a finance manager, where I support financial management and reporting for donor-funded programmes. I have extensive experience managing grants funded by international development partners including UNFPA, USAID, UK Aid, KfW Development Bank, RISE programme funded by FCDO,My experience includes preparation of financial reports, budgeting, cash flow management, grant tracking, variance analysis, audit support, and ensuring compliance with donor and statutory requirements
