Our partnerships are built around meeting clients’ needs
We collaborate with the public and private sector to ensure access to high-quality Sexual and Reproductive Health Services across Uganda. This is mainly through our bespoke Public Sector Strengthening model, Private Sector Engagement and Social Marketing channels.
Beyond our own service channels, MSI Uganda continues to build partnerships to spearhead programmatic campaigns that benefit all clients irrespective of their geographical locations.
Global Partners
MSI works with over 500 partners at a global, national and community level; from governments and global aid agencies to private healthcare providers and local organisations.
Together we deliver services, strengthen national health systems, advocate for change, share expertise and deliver impact – supporting millions of women and girls with their reproductive choices every year.
Over the past 50 years, MSI has provided services to more than 300 million clients worldwide. We are grateful to all our partners, donors and supporters whose funding, expertise and collaboration make this impact possible.
FCDO
The UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) is a UK government department with programmes focused on tackling global challenges and reducing poverty. FCDO has been a long-term global supporter and contributor to poverty reduction, gender equity, and humanitarian support.
CIFF
The Children’s Investment Fund Foundation is an independent philanthropic organization, working with a range of partners to transform the lives of children and adolescents. CIFF’s portfolio focuses on child health and development, climate change, sexual and reproductive health and rights, girl capital and child protection.
MSI is proud to have partnered with CIFF since 2015 and in 2021, MSI and CIFF entered into a strategic partnership, when CIFF awarded MSI the Step-Up Program to boost sexual and reproductive health and rights
UNFPA
UNFPA is the United Nations sexual and reproductive health agency. MSI is proud to partner with UNFPA through numerous joint programmes and advocacy collaborations at the global and national level, and to be part of the Steering Committee and the Strategy and Planning Committee of UNFPA Supplies.
DAK FOUNDATION
DAK International Network (DIN) is the latest iteration of the DAK Foundation. They support and partner with global communities that are disadvantaged. The main purpose is to pursue health interventions utilizing resources efficiently, aiming for scale.
MSI Reproductive Choices Uganda with support from DAK International Network implemented a pilot intervention (July 2024–November 2025) focused on strengthening PPFP service delivery through provider training, mentorship, systems strengthening, and data-driven monitoring.

BERGSTROM
The Bergstrom Foundation is a trust-based philanthropic organization committed to advancing reproductive justice. We champion organizations that improve the well-being of underserved communities, families, and individuals by ensuring equitable access to comprehensive, high-quality sexual and reproductive health care and education, including contraception and abortion services.
SWISS GOVERNMENT
Over the past five years, the Swiss Family Foundation has been a vital partner in MSI Reproductive Choices’ mission to expand access to life-changing sexual and reproductive health (SRHR) services in East Africa. At a time when global funding for SRHR is under severe strain, particularly following the collapse of USAID, the Foundation’s steadfast commitment continues to safeguard essential services and empower communities. For the next 3 years, the SWISS government will be supporting MSI-Uganda in Providing continued access to quality SRH services, including for adolescents, in an increasingly challenging political environment, making sure that Adolescents have access to quality SRH information and informed choice and building Strong systems and supportive policies.
