Our contact centre and approach
The MSI Contact Centre provides confidential, youth-friendly counselling on reproductive and general health issues, helping clients make informed decisions and access nearby health facilities for high-quality care.
Clients are also offered electronic vouchers that provide discounted consultations at Marie Stopes clinics.
The centre is operational seven days a week:
Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Weekends & Public Holidays: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
A dedicated team of 10 professional counsellors and 2 registered nurses runs the centre, which handles over 17,000 calls every month.
