The Founding
Marie Stopes Uganda Officially opens its first center in Kampala.
Outreach Launch
Mobile clinical teams begin reaching rural communities outside of urban centers.
Social Marketing
Establishment of our social marketing network to distribute quality RH products.

Achievement of full national clients in every district of Uganda.
STOP Project Beneficiary
The STOP project, with funding from the Embassy of Iceland
through Ekibiina kya UNFPA and Marie Stopes Uganda, in collaboration with the
Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists of Uganda (AOGU),
conducts Fistula Medical camps in Jinja, Namayingo, and
Busia Districts.
