Our contact centre and approach
The contact centre provides anonymous youth-friendly SRH counselling, information, and referrals to clients who call.
Clients are also given electronic vouchers which give them a consultation discount encouraging them to take up services.
The contact centre operates 7 days a week (Monday - Friday 7:00AM-10:00PM, Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays 8:00AM-6:00PM) and is managed by a team of 12 highly qualified counsellors and 2 nurses.
Over 10,000 calls are received each month with 60% of those from young people (15-24 years).
